Job summary

Your Tasks
  • Perform MFL inspections on tank floors, pipelines, and steel structures using handheld or automated scanners.
  • Calibrate and operate MFL equipment (e.g., MFE Mark IV, MFE Edge, HandScan).
  • Interpret MFL signals and analyze data to identify and assess defects such as corrosion, pitting, and wall loss.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports including defect mapping and severity evaluation.
  • Ensure all inspections comply with applicable standards and codes (e.g., API 653, SNT‑TC‑1A).
  • Maintain and troubleshoot MFL equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and site‑specific procedures during all inspection activities.
  • Coordinate with clients and NDT teams to plan and execute inspection work efficiently.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to maintain technical proficiency.
Your Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma preferred).
  • Certification in MFL inspection (Level I or II per SNT‑TC‑1A or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in NDT, including at least 1 year in MFL inspections.
  • Familiarity with other NDT methods (UT, VT, PT, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Willingness to travel and work in various industrial environments.
