Overview

We’re hiring two Motor Surveyors to join our Claims team. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in insurance assessments and preferably be familiar with Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of damaged vehicles at workshops or customer sites.
• Prepare damage assessments and repair estimates using Audatex (preferred).
• Verify vehicle conditions and accident-related damages with supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance teams, workshops, and adjusters during the claims process.
• Review and validate invoices and repair bills against approved estimates.
• Document all findings clearly with photos and technical justifications.
• Support continuous improvement by reporting patterns of fraud, abuse, or repair anomalies.
