Job summary

A leading construction consultancy is seeking experienced professionals to manage one of the largest mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia. You will lead integrated teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and relevant certifications, with experience in the Middle East being a plus.

The project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Defining project management approach, technical services, and resource requirements.
• Delivering objectives in line with the Project Execution Plan and KPIs.
• Managing budgets, schedules, risks, and quality systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading meetings, site walks, and ensuring accurate documentation of changes.
• Coordinating stakeholders and maintaining robust communication and governance.
• Driving health, safety, and wellbeing standards at all stages.
• Overseeing risk management and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Supporting net zero carbon goals through proactive project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Strong technical knowledge to challenge projects/design/proposals.
• Good knowledge of Building Safety legislation, Building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and Health & Safety legislation.
• Membership professional body MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
