About the Role
We’re looking for a creator who lives at the intersection of data, design, and video. You’ll turn our research and reports into scroll-stopping motion graphics and short-form videos, crafting clear narratives from charts/tables and driving audiences to read the full reports. You’ll also cut promo shorts from long-form podcast episodes to grow reach and engagement across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Mine long-form episodes for viral moments; create 20–60s social cuts with captions, punchy openers, and show branding. Produce vertical, square, and horizontal versions with platform-specific first-frame hooks.
Ship a consistent cadence of shorts (e.g., 1–2/week) across channels. Optimize thumbnails, first 3 seconds, and retention; test formats (explainers, myths, “3 insights in 30s,” etc.).
Maintain brand guidelines (fonts, colors, typography for Arabic/English). Collaborate with researchers, podcast producers, and marketing to prioritize stories that drive traffic and leads.
