Job description

Hire Resolve is assisting hospitality organisations in hiring experienced hospitality professionals for a range of mid–senior level opportunities across Saudi Arabia. This is a multi-role hiring campaign spanning several functions within the sector, including hotel and resort operations, food & beverage leadership, guest experience, events / banqueting, and revenue performance. These opportunities suit professionals ready to broaden their scope, lead diverse teams, and progress toward senior leadership roles (e.g., Head of Department, Operations Manager, Cluster Manager, or General Manager level) as performance and business needs align.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day hospitality operations across accommodation, F&B outlets, banqueting / events, and / or multi-department environments to deliver service and financial targets
  • Drive guest experience standards, quality assurance, and service recovery processes to strengthen satisfaction and brand reputation
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management across multi-cultural teams, ensuring consistent service delivery
  • Oversee departmental budgets, forecasting, and cost controls including labour productivity, procurement, and waste reduction
  • Implement SOPs, brand standards, and compliance processes aligned to Saudi workplace expectations, including structured HSE-style health and safety practices and incident reporting
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards where relevant, including audit readiness and supplier quality controls
  • Collaborate with commercial, sales, and revenue teams to optimise occupancy, ADR / RevPAR (where applicable), covers, and overall profitability
  • Manage inventory, vendor performance, and operational readiness for peak seasons, VIP activity, and large-scale events
  • Produce operational reporting, analyse KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across service, productivity, and quality
  • Support strategic initiatives such as pre-opening mobilisation, new openings, refurbishments, or turnaround programmes depending on assignment
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline); equivalent experience is considered
  • 5–12+ years of progressive hospitality experience (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, fine dining, leisure, venues, or multi-site operations)
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams, operational performance, and service standards in guest-facing environments
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and KPI-led decision-making
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems and reporting tools (e.g., PMS , POS , RMS , CRM, workforce management platforms, and advanced Excel)
  • Working knowledge of Saudi employment practices and operational compliance expectations; health and safety mindset aligned to structured HSE environments
  • Strong communication skills in English ; Arabic is an advantage for many client-facing roles, and additional languages are beneficial depending on guest profile
  • Flexibility to support operational schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required in hospitality
