Job summary

تبحث شركة أدوية رائدة في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، عن مسؤول علمي ميداني (MSL) موهوب للانضمام إلى قسم الشؤون الطبية. يتطلب هذا الدور توفير خبرة طبية وعلمية عالية الجودة وبناء شراكات قوية مع الخبراء الخارجيين. يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم بخبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في شركة أدوية وتجربة إلزامية في مجالات الأورام، بالإضافة إلى مهارات قوية في الاتصال والعرض.

Qualifications

• 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في شركة أدوية.
• خبرة إلزامية في مجالات الأورام.
• خبرة سابقة كمسؤول علمي ميداني تعتبر ميزة.

Responsibilities

• بناء وتطوير علاقات علمية قوية مع خبراء خارجيين.
• تقديم تبادل علمي متوازن حول المجالات المرضية.
• دعم الأنشطة البحثية الطبية بما في ذلك التجارب السريرية.

Job description

Position : Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Department: Medical Affairs

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs Department. The role is responsible for providing high-quality medical and scientific expertise, building strong scientific partnerships with Key External Experts (KEEs), and supporting scientific exchange within the assigned therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and maintain strong scientific relationships with KEEs and healthcare professionals.
• Provide balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange on disease areas, products, and emerging clinical data.
• Act as a disease-area expert and a key scientific resource for internal stakeholders.
• Support medical research activities including clinical trials, non-interventional studies, and Investigator-Sponsored Studies (ISSs).
• Deliver scientific presentations in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Support CME activities, advisory boards, and medical education initiatives.
• Provide actionable medical insights to internal teams, including Medical, Marketing, and Sales.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

Job Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D (mandatory).

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.

· Mandatory experience in oncology therapeutic areas.

· Prior experience as an MSL is an advantage.
