Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Safety Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs and initiatives to mitigate risks, prevent accidents, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a strong background in healthcare safety practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
