A luxury hotel in Jeddah is seeking a qualified Massage Therapist to provide exceptional massage and body treatment services. The ideal candidate will have a valid massage license, a background in spa services, and a dedication to guest comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities include assessing guests' needs, maintaining treatment areas, and promoting spa services. Provide massage and body treatment services to guests using props, products, and body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess client needs and contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before beginning service. Maintain current techniques and modalities, escort guests, arrange and maintain treatment rooms, and promote comfort, safety, and security throughout the service. Promote and sell spa and salon services, including retail offerings. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and treatment areas, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies at shift end. Monitor time schedule, handle inappropriate guest behavior per Marriott SOPs, and report accidents or unsafe conditions. Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality and professional appearance. Welcome and acknowledge all guests; anticipate and address their needs. Communicate clearly and professionally. Build positive working relationships. Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, and manipulating objects up to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
