Job Summary
tiqmo, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Marketing Unit Head to develop, implement, and manage tiqmo's social media strategy to enhance its online presence, engage with the audience, and achieve marketing and branding goals.
Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, growth targets, and product roadmap.
- Translate company goals (users, transactions, remittance volume, ARPU) into clear marketing KPIs and execution plans.
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, Corridors, Operations, Compliance, and Finance.
2. User Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Own paid, organic, and partnership acquisition channels (digital, app stores, affiliates, influencers, offline where relevant).
- Optimize CAC, conversion funnels (install → KYC → first transaction), and channel mix.
- Manage performance marketing agencies and ensure ROI accountability.
- Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) and conversion improvement across iOS, Android, and Huawei ecosystems.
3. Lifecycle, Engagement & Retention
- Develop lifecycle marketing programs across onboarding, activation, usage frequency, and retention.
- Own CRM strategy (push, SMS, in-app, email) aligned with Saudi customer behavior and consent rules.
- Lead promotional mechanics such as cashback, fee waivers, referrals, and loyalty programs.
- Increase wallet stickiness across use cases (remittance, bill payments, cards, marketplace).
4. Brand, Communications & Partnerships
- Build and protect a trusted fintech brand in the Saudi market.
- Oversee brand positioning, tone of voice, creative guidelines, and messaging.
- Lead PR, communications, and major partnerships (banks, merchants, telcos, employers, government platforms).
- Ensure all communications are SAMA-compliant and culturally relevant.
5. Product & Go-to-Market
- Own product marketing and GTM strategies for new launches (cards, premium plans, remittance corridors, value-added services).
- Collaborate with Product to shape features based on customer insights and market needs.
6. Data, Insights & Governance
- Track and report on marketing performance dashboards (growth, CAC, LTV, ROI).
- Use customer data, market research, and experimentation to drive decisions.
- Ensure full alignment with SAMA regulations, data privacy, and internal compliance policies.
- Own marketing budget planning and spend optimization.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media management and content creation for 7 years.
- Familiarity with various media platforms and their specific requirements.
- Knowledge of analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
