Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Marketing Manager to join our team in KSA-Riyadh. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, supporting patient acquisition and retention, and strengthening the organization’s brand in the healthcare market. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams (clinical, Business Development, and patient services) to drive demand, improve patient experience, and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AMA, Digital Marketing Institute, Google Analytics, HubSpot, HCP/Medical Marketing certifications) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, PR).
  • Experience with patient or member acquisition, retention programs, and lifecycle marketing is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work with clinical and Business Development teams to translate clinical benefits into compelling marketing messages.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) that support growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, unmet needs, and audience segments.
  • Create, curate, and manage content that educates, informs, and engages patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the organization’s brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Execute demand generation programs (lead generation, nurturing, conversion) and track funnel performance.
