Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for Manager, Sales (Injec,Shee&Recy), based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
  • Plans and executes the promotion and sales activities in a specified region which includes multiple areas.
  • Manages sales forecasting process (per customer and SKU) within the portfolio to achieve goals.
  • Works with Sales and Marketing in order to utilize the sales representatives in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Provides input on the sale of slow-moving stock using knowledge of customers applications and available product volumes.
  • Delivers price, volume, and product mix plan consistent with the global business strategies.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with company customers/distributors to monitor activities.
  • Reports results and information to the sales team and updates individual turnover targets.
  • Trains, coaches, develops, and motivates sales representatives on various aspects of sales, products, setting quotas etc.
About You
Minimum Qualification

Master or Bachelor Degree.

Minimum Experience

12 Years related experience.
