An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for Manager, EHSS in Yanbu.

About the role

The Manager – EHSS, is responsible for leading occupational safety, health, environmental compliance, security, and emergency response and process safety Yanbu Site and ensure compliance at compliance at levels. He will implement and administer safety, health, and environmental management plans, policies, standards, and programs at the sites to establish world-class performance in Occupational Safety & Health, Environment, Process Safety, and Emergency Response and foster EHSS culture at site. The Manager works collaboratively with external governmental stakeholders and regulatory bodies, as well as, internal stakeholders providing guidance and counsel to help them successfully administer their responsibilities and EHSS policies, Tasnee and ISO standards. Interprets the impact of changes in regulation and international standards and ensure they are reflected for optimum compliance. Coach and empower department staff in their effort to solving problems and developing plans for improvement.

You will be responsible for
  • Lead risk management activities and ensure proper mitigation plans are in place .
  • Monitor Management of Change and approves process modifications.
  • Review the process for process related hazards and propose interventions to ensure safe operational activity.
  • Manage a team of safety personnel to develop and implement all safety and environmental policies and ensure its compliance.
  • Approve HSE related specifications of equipment in line with international standards and guidelines.
  • Establishes procedures for investigation of personal accident/incident review and ensures they are carried out.
  • Ensure development of company emergency procedures ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Monitor all safety and environmental legislation advising and communicating as appropriate.
  • Ensure continues adherence to ISO45001 Safety Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
  • Liaise and represents the company with external regulators such as High Commission of Industrial Security and Royal Commission and ensures full compliance to their directives SEC, SAF and RCER.
  • Drive EHSS standards changes and improvement to elevate safety performance and culture at site.
  • Minimum of 12 -years’ experience
