Qiddiya is Saudi Arabia’s future capital of entertainment, sports, and culture – an integrated destination of world-class theme parks, waterparks, sports venues, attractions, and hospitality assets. As these assets prepare to open, Qiddiya’s Asset Management function is building a portfolio‑wide capability to ensure consistent performance, efficient operations, and scalable growth. A key priority is developing shared approaches, frameworks, and systems that create synergies across asset classes, while also identifying opportunities for improvement within individual assets.
Job Summary
The Manager – Asset Management Capabilities & Performance will play a critical role in shaping how common capabilities, systems, and operational approaches are defined and adopted across Qiddiya’s growing asset portfolio. The role supports the development of cross‑asset standards and shared frameworks that promote coherence, efficiency, and best‑practice adoption. In parallel, the role will evaluate specific assets to identify operational improvements, value creation opportunities, and performance gaps – providing structured analysis and recommendations that help assets optimise their operations and guest experience. Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years’ experience from management consulting, operations analysis, or systems/performance improvement roles. This is a hands‑on position requiring strong problem‑solving skills, analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to create clarity from complex operating environments.
