Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing financial reporting process of Hotels in India and South Asia along with preparation and dissemination of Hotel KPIs, hotel budgeting and analysis. Supporting Senior Management with inputs on Financial and regulatory parameters to enable them take key financial decisions
• Assisting Senior Management and guiding hotels in annual budgeting & monthly forecasting exercise.
• Ensuring forecast accuracy is within acceptable norms & seeking reasons for variances, tracking no significant variances in long term forecasting trends.
