Job summary

A new national airline based in Saudi Arabia seeks a Maintenance Control Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure fleet airworthiness. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role, and must hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and regulatory requirements is essential. This role requires excellent communication and decision-making skills as well as hands-on experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years in a maintenance control or supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft types.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance control operations ensuring fleet airworthiness.
• Coordinate between Maintenance Control and operational departments.
• Manage and approve maintenance actions within company regulations.
