Full oversight of supply chain and distribution management, warehouses, resource preparation, maintenance, and expansion into new cities, ensuring operational efficiency and achieving the company’s goals for growth and service expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain and Distribution Management
    • Manage supply, distribution, and procurement chains.
    • Plan and oversee the flow of consumables and logistics to all branches.
    • Ensure fast and efficient distribution for suppliers and bikers across various regions.
    • Negotiate with suppliers and unify supply channels to ensure efficiency and cost savings.
  • Warehouse Management
    • Supervise storage operations, and the receiving and issuing of materials and equipment.
    • Monitor inventory regularly to ensure required quantities are available without shortage or surplus.
    • Implement regular inventory systems and provide accurate monthly reports.
  • Branch Expansion and Launch
    • Supervise the smooth and efficient launch of new branches according to quality standards.
    • Study and analyze operational, human, and logistical needs for each city.
  • Training, Preparation, and Equipment
    • Develop and implement training plans for bikers and supervisors to ensure operational readiness.
    • Prepare motorcycles and equipment according to approved quality standards.
    • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure resources are ready before official launch.
  • Workshop and Maintenance Management
    • Supervise regular maintenance and repair of motorcycles and equipment.
    • Ensure quick response to emergency breakdowns and provide immediate solutions.
    • Apply preventive maintenance plans to minimize breakdowns and reduce operational downtime.
  • Planning and Coordination for Branch Expansion
    • Plan and coordinate the launch and operation of branches in targeted cities.
Requirements
  • Experience Required: 4–8 years in the field.
