Job summary

An innovative organization in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Learning Design Manager to enhance organizational learning experiences. This role involves developing learning strategies, leading a team of instructional designers, and collaborating with stakeholders to create effective training solutions using modern technologies. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Instructional Design and experience in managing eLearning projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in instructional design and learning development in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning design strategy.
• Collaborate with experts to identify learning objectives and design course content.
• Lead the design of multimedia learning materials including eLearning modules.
• Evaluate learning programs and recommend improvements based on feedback.
• Manage the learning management system and implement training programs.
