Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a Learning and Development role.
• Experience with talent management systems is beneficial.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEA Talent team with leadership development programs.
• Analyze talent data for workforce planning.
• Facilitate leadership development specific to KSABK.
