Responsibilities
  • Oversee all electrical engineering aspects of the PMC project, including design, installation, and commissioning activities related to electrical systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to assess project requirements, develop electrical engineering plans, and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of electrical engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of electrical designs and systems.
  • Conduct technical reviews and analysis of electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical engineering issues, addressing design challenges, performance optimization, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate electrical equipment performance, conduct testing and troubleshooting as necessary, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and documentation related to electrical engineering activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, utility companies, and other relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for electrical installations.
  • Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project design and requirements.
  • Develop and review specifications, scope of work documents, and technical proposals for electrical engineering services and materials procurement.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical engineering projects, providing recommendations for optimizing project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead value engineering initiatives to identify opportunities for improving design, reducing project costs, and enhancing overall project performance.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors involved in electrical installations, overseeing their work quality, progress, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Implement best practices in energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy solutions within electrical engineering designs and systems.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues related to electrical engineering scope.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in electrical engineering, applying this knowledge to enhance project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Provide technical support during construction phases, addressing field-related issues, coordinating field changes, and ensuring compliance with design intent.
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits to verify compliance with electrical standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
Essential Requirements
