Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and have knowledge of technologies like Temenos and T24.
L3 Support Engineer must have a strong background in development and fixing issues and Application proactive measures. The individual is expected to utilize his experience in handling bugs and abnormal system behaviour. Should be available around the clock to respond to critical issues. Knowledge and experience of banking applications and related modules. Must have good understanding of SDLC, incident management and problem management.
