Job description
Our Senior Consultants play pivotal roles in supporting the delivery of project engagements, service delivery, and targeted initiatives within our Middle East team. They focus on designated areas, ensuring diligent monitoring and successful execution of projects aligned with desired outcomes.
Operating across sectors such as transport, energy, banking & insurance, and the public sector, the Middle East team addresses challenges in innovation and business transformation. Guided by experienced managers, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team engaged in a wide range of missions:
Project Delivery and Management :
- Contribute to various work streams within complex projects, providing regular progress updates and ensuring strategic alignment with client goals.
- Conduct high-level analyses and develop comprehensive action plans.
- Lead meetings effectively to drive strategic decision-making.
- Oversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring they meet broader strategic objectives and KPIs.
Business Development :
- Identify, track, and qualify new business opportunities proactively.
- Draft significant sections of business proposals independently to support team growth.
- Play a key role in proposal development and opportunity qualification, expanding market reach.
Client and Team Management :
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development and contribution to project deliverables.
- Coach team members in consulting tools and methodologies to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Support clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements through tailored solutions.
- Manage project teams, fostering development while exemplifying company values.
Sector Expertise and Thought Leadership :
- Develop a deep understanding of industry landscapes, business concepts, and key stakeholders to inform strategy and execution.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as training sessions, working groups, publications, and tenders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Business Administration, Innovation, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of consulting experience with demonstrated client engagement and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Innovation and/or business transformation topics and project management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to lead analytical projects and interpret complex data.
- PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Business proficiency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, typing) is required.
