ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Junior Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh and contribute to the development of large international projects. You will be integrated into the Geotechnics and Tunnels division of the civil area with experience in Geotechnical Studies. You will become part of a team of professionals passionate about overcoming challenges, innovation, technology, and excellence, with a strong commitment to ensuring the personal and professional well-being of its employees.

Responsibilities

You will join the Geotechnical Civil team, involved in various international projects. The main tasks will include:

• Development of geotechnical parametrization and interpretation.
• Development of stability analysis calculations.
• Study and calculation of foundations, settlement, pile, and ground treatment calculations.

ABOUT YOU

Don't hesitate to apply if...

• You have completed a BSc in Civil Engineering. A MSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university is desirable.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of related experience in geotechnics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a well-developed understanding of geotechnics and foundation calculations.
• You possess latest knowledge of internationally recognized geotechnical software, such as RocScience packages (Slide, Settle 3D) and PLAXIS 2D and 3D.
• You have an advanced level of English and native-level Arabic proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• You have report writing skills, social skills, good communication, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, autonomy, flexibility, and technical rigor.
• You are based in Riyadh and willing to undertake business trips.
• You hold a valid SCE membership with classification matching your years of experience.
• You are willing to travel within and outside the kingdom.

Desirable requirements

• Minimum “Engineer” level membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• An IELTS score of 5.5+ or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM tools and/or BIM methodology is a plus.
