Overview

MemryX Inc. is a semiconductor company focused on delivering high-performance, low-power AI accelerators for edge computing. Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the company also operates existing engineering branches in Taipei, Hsinchu (Taiwan), and Bangalore (India). We’re in the process of opening a new site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Our unique compute-near-memory architecture minimizes data movement and enables massively parallel, scalable on-chip AI inference. What You\'ll Do

• Complete a 2-month rotational training program covering: Architecture fundamentals, Compiler/toolchain, and SDK development
• After rotations, focus on your chosen domain and own key features
• Collaborate daily with hardware architects and software engineers to deliver production-ready solution
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization

What We Expect to See

• Education: BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Technical Skills: Experience in at least one of: Python, C++, SystemC, or SystemVerilog. Eagerness to learn additional languages and tooling.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communicator: collaborative, curious, and receptive to feedback.
  • Innovative mindset: keen to brainstorm and prototype new engineering solutions.

What We Would be Happy to See

• Academic or hobby projects in compiler construction, hardware accelerators, or embedded software.
