As a Junior Account Executive at DETASAD, the role is to support our senior sales team by helping with research, proposals, and CRM updates.

Learn how to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI tools to manage sales activities and grow skills toward becoming a full-cycle sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on potential clients and vertical-specific trends

Register and maintain opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Assist in preparing client-facing proposals and presentations

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for research and drafting

Participate in internal meetings, client briefings, and mock simulations

Ensure CRM completeness and documentation accuracy

Perform additional duties as assigned that are relevant to the scope of the role

Education and Experience

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field

Experience : 0 - 2 years of experience in customer-facing or business support roles

Preferred Certifications

CRM basics (Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce)

AI literacy or digital sales bootcamps

Internship or training experience in telecom, ICT, or public sector environments

Important Requirements and Skills
