Job summary

A technology firm in Jubail, Saudi Arabia is seeking an IT Support resource to provide technical assistance to users and maintain the IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in both Arabic and English. • Monitor server performance and troubleshoot system issues
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions
• Ensure data security, antivirus management, and compliance with IT policies
