Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (phone, email, ticketing system).
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
  • Escalate unresolved cases, document issues/resolutions, and support onboarding/offboarding.
  • Contribute to IT projects, ensure compliance, and follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Proven IT support experience with Windows/macOS, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, Office 365, and remote tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; teamwork ability.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk).
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation.
  • Added value: knowledge of scripting/automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
