An expanding hospitality business in Jeddah is seeking an Arabic speaking IT Director to manage technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project development experience and hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Responsibilities include leading teams, budgeting, risk management, and continuous process improvement. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and project management certifications.

New opportunity with an expanding hospitality business in Jeddah, for an Arabic speaking IT Director with a strong project development background, specifically in managing & delivering technology projects.

As IT Director you’ll be overseeing projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required to guide implementation & optimization of solutions that enhance the business processes.

Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership : Lead technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaboration : Work with stakeholders to define project goals and align across departments.
  • MS Dynamics Solutions : Provide expertise to implement and integrate MS Dynamics with existing systems efficiently.
  • Planning & Execution : Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress for successful delivery.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and support IT team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
  • Budget & Risk Management : Manage project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Arabic speaker
  • Location experience & currently based in the GCC
  • Experience in IT project development
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, ERP).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based MS Dynamics solutions
