Overview

Job Title: Interventional Cardiology Consultant.

An excellent opportunity to join a prestigious, top-tier hospital in Taif, Saudi Arabia as an Interventional Cardiology Consultant.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the interventional cardiology team as a consultant, performing complex cardiac procedures and providing expert guidance on treatment plans.
  • Coordinate research initiatives and ensure the highest standards of cardiac care at the hospital.
  • Provide high-quality Interventional Cardiology care to patients in this area of medicine.
  • Provide consultative services as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
  • Participate in the training and teaching of residents and fellows; participate in research activities.
  • Participate in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Perform special procedures as privileged.
  • Follow all hospital-related policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
  • Graduate from a medical school in good standing.
  • Completion of required training in Cardiology and a Subspecialty in interventional cardiology.
  • Saudi Arab or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
  • Membership and/or Fellowship status in America and/or Europe or their equivalent and meeting the criteria for the consultant as required.
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must.
  • DataFlow is a must.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 3–4 years post Board/Fellowship in Cardiology.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council.
Language
  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
References
  • Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.
