Key Responsibilities

Design complete interior architectural solutions for residential and commercial projects

Develop space planning concepts that optimize functionality and aesthetics

Create detailed technical drawings and construction documentation

Produce stunning 3D visualizations to present design concepts

Select materials, finishes, and FF&E that reflect client visions

Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design integrity

Stay updated on Middle Eastern design trends and global best practices

Manage projects from concept to completion within timelines and budgets

️ Must-Have Skills & Software Expertise

Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

Expertise in 3D rendering tools (3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in KSA

Experience with BIM methodologies

Exceptional eye for materials, textures, and lighting
