Overview

Are you passionate about building robust IT systems and supporting a fast-growing, hybrid team? We’re seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join a dynamic PIF backed company as part of a major Saudisation project. About the Role:

You will be the go-to expert for all IT operations, supporting a team of 30–40 remote and on-site employees. You’ll manage user onboarding and offboarding, device and asset management, Google Workspace administration, email and communication systems, and provide hands-on IT support across Windows and Mac environments. Your work will directly influence our efficiency, security, and culture as we scale.

Responsibilities
  • User account management, onboarding/offboarding, access control
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Apps) and Slack configuration
  • Hardware procurement, device setup, troubleshooting (laptops, mobiles, peripherals)
  • Email system setup, SMTP protocols, and communication tools
  • Windows and Mac OS support: installation, configuration, updates, password resets
  • IT support ticket management, incident response, and process improvement
  • ITIL/ITSM process implementation for change management and service delivery
  • Asset tracking, inventory management, documentation, and compliance
  • Excel reporting, data management, and digital asset management
  • Training and supporting 30–40 users, fostering a collaborative IT culture
Qualifications
  • Saudi National (Saudisation Project requirement)
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator, IT Support Specialist, IT Officer, or similar role in a startup, SME, or hybrid team environment
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace, Gmail, Windows, Mac OS, Slack, and IT support
  • Strong understanding of user management, security, and access controls
  • Experience with ITIL, ITSM, ticketing systems, and process optimization
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Computing, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
