Job description

We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Inbound Team Leader to support and oversee daily receiving operations within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will guide staff on the floor, ensure accurate receiving and put‑away of goods, maintain workflow efficiency, and support the supervisor in meeting operational standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead inbound staff during receiving, inspection, and put‑away activities.
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure all inbound operations follow SLA and SOP guidelines.
  • Monitor team performance on the floor and provide operational support when needed.
  • Verify inbound shipments, check quantities, identify damages, and report discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and system scanning within the WMS for proper inventory tracking.
  • Coordinate with inventory control and put‑away teams to maintain smooth stock flow.
  • Maintain correct documentation and update inbound data in the WMS.
  • Support compliance with safety procedures and report any incidents or operational issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inbound or warehouse operations.
  • Good understanding of receiving processes, inventory movement, and WMS systems.
