Job Summary:

We are currently seeking several ICU Paediatric Staff Nurses for our client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. These positions offer a superb salary package for the ideal candidate. The role requires specialized skills in Paediatric Intensive Care and a thorough understanding of critical care procedures, including mechanical ventilation, dialysis, and CRRT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Critical Care Knowledge:
  Provide high-quality nursing care to paediatric ICU patients, including monitoring and managing critically ill children.
• Peritoneal Dialysis:
  Assist in the care of paediatric patients on peritoneal dialysis.
• CRRT Management:
  Manage patients on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).
• Mechanical Ventilation:
  Provide care to patients on mechanical ventilation, ensuring proper management and adjustment of settings as needed.
• Intravenous Admixture:
  Administer and manage intravenous admixtures, ensuring correct procedures are followed.
• Patient Care:
  Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • BA in Nursing or equivalent nursing degree.
• Licensing:
  • Valid Nursing Registration/License from the relevant authority.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU setting, with at least 1 year in a Charge Nurse role.
  • Previous experience in paediatric intensive care is essential.
  • Experience working in Middle Eastern healthcare settings is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in managing critically ill paediatric patients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the healthcare team and support families.
