Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing HR operations in accordance with government regulations, approved policies, and best practices. The role contributes to effective workforce management, compliance with Saudi labor and government employment systems, and alignment with the Strategic Office’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support HR operations in line with approved policies, procedures, and government regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi government employment regulations and official HR systems.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, organizational development, and HR initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
  • Support performance management processes, including follow-up on evaluations and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources.

Proven experience working within government or semi-government organizations in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of Saudi governmental labor regulations and HR systems.
