A regional development office in Al Bahah seeks a Human Resources Specialist to support and implement HR operations, ensuring compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of HR experience, particularly in semi-government entities in Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of governmental labor regulations and excellent organizational skills are essential. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing HR operations in accordance with government regulations, approved policies, and best practices. The role contributes to effective workforce management, compliance with Saudi labor and government employment systems, and alignment with the Strategic Office’s objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.
Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
Proven experience working within government or semi-government organizations in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi governmental labor regulations and HR systems.
Strong understanding of HR operations and government HR systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prepare professional reports and official documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
