We Are Hiring: HR Generalist – Dammam

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dammam. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting key HR programs across the organization. The position also oversees government relations activities, including employee and visitor permits, company documentation, and license renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, employee relations, and policy compliance.
  • Support workforce planning by tracking headcount, monitoring probation periods, and coordinating manpower requests.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes: posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, employee records, benefits administration, and payroll documentation support.
  • Coordinate with OD teams on performance management cycles, PIPs, and reward & recognition programs.
  • Liaise with government authorities for permits, licenses, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports, support audits, manage company documentation renewals, and ensure record integrity.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR improvement projects.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR generalist experience with strong knowledge of labor laws.
  • Experience managing government relations and compliance documentation is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
