Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure optimal workforce planning and succession management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Develop and oversee salary structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and HR policies.
  • Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and contract administration.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership development.

Qualifications
