A prominent power generation company in Al Qassim is seeking an HSE Officer to enforce HSSE activities in Power Plant operations. This role requires direct experience in the power generation sector, with candidates needing 5+ years of HSSE experience. The ideal candidate will ensure safety compliance, conduct risk assessments, and deliver training within a collaborative environment, actively preventing harm to people and the environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSSE experience in Power Plant operations.
• Candidates without direct power plant experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and enforce Permit to Work systems.
• Monitor HSSE performance through daily site tours and reporting.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Deliver HSSE training and awareness campaigns.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with contractors and regulators.
• Ensure availability of PPE and safety materials.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
