About the role

Advanced Formwork Co. Ltd (Doka) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Generalist (Saudi National) to join our versatile team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the recruitment of selected positions (advertising, short listing, interviewing and selection process)
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
  • Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with department heads
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Prepare employment letters and other HR related documents.
  • Support with health insurance administration and the annual renewal process.
  • Monitor and manage employees’ leave, medical and other benefits as well as time management.
  • Coordinate (business) travel arrangements for employees.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and always company policies.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • Only Saudi Nationals can be considered for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on recruitment as well as learning and development
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software or systems, ideally SAP, SmartRecruiters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle diverse interactions professionally.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
