Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Administration
    • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
    • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employment documentation.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Support recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate communications.
    • Support onboarding processes including documentation, system setup, and orientation.
    • Assist in background checks and pre‑employment requirements.
  • Employee Support & Coordination
    • Act as a point of contact for basic HR‑related employee inquiries.
    • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and HR system updates.
    • Coordinate with Finance on payroll inputs and employee data updates.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and local labor regulations.
    • Support audits by maintaining organized and up‑to‑date HR documentation.
    • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Projects & Support
    • Support HR initiatives, reports, and ad‑hoc projects as required.
    • Assist in data collection and basic HR reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role or HR operations.
  • Bilingual: Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Willingness to learn and support multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
  • Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with full‑time, in‑office availability.
