To carry out high-quality service, maintenance, and repair work on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, adherence to brand standards, and compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, general repairs, and diagnostic tasks as directed.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and report findings to the Workshop Controller.
• Use JLR-approved tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
• Ensure accurate completion of job cards, repair orders, and related documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support in maintaining workshop productivity and efficiency targets.
• Participate in JLR training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated with new technologies.

Requirements

• Vocational or Technical Diploma in Automotive Technology (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an automotive technician (luxury brand experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and moving parts or equipment weighing up to 25 kg.
• Manual dexterity for handling tools and components.
• Visual acuity to inspect small parts and detect defects.
• Ability to work safely around moving vehicles, machinery, and workshop equipment.
