• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in an upscale restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or Head waitress role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Proactive and guest-focused, with a warm, engaging personality.
• Deep knowledge of food and service etiquette.
