HEAD OF OPERATIONS - RESTAURANTS

MULTI-BRANDED RESTAURANT OPERATOR

CASUAL DINING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

BASED IN KSA

Food People have partnered with a growing multi-branded restaurant operator in KSA seeking a Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day performance of its existing portfolio of casual dining brands. This is a pivotal opportunity for an ambitious operator to make a measurable impact and evolve into a key figure within the senior leadership team as the group continues its expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and optimise operations across multiple casual dining brands, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all outlets.
  • Develop and manage operational KPIs and performance metrics across locations.
  • Drive financial performance through strong cost controls, revenue optimisation, and operational efficiencies.
  • Build, train, and lead strong operations teams, including Area and Restaurant Managers.
  • Support future growth and expansion plans, including opening new stores and entering new markets.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, HR, and finance to ensure cohesive business planning and operations.
  • Regularly report to C-suite / executive team with data-led operational insights and strategies.
  • Lead operational innovation across systems, training, customer experience, and technology.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

  • Proven experience managing multi-site restaurant operations at a head of department, area, or regional level.
  • Strong background in casual dining, with a deep understanding of front- and back-of-house operations.
  • Experience working in KSA or the wider GCC market is highly preferred.
  • A commercial mindset and results-oriented leadership style.
  • Track record of leading teams and developing talent across a diverse footprint.
  • Ability to scale operations, including planning and executing new store openings.
  • A long-term growth mindset and readiness to step into a more senior leadership role.
