Responsibilities

• Ensure functional control of local finance teams through procedures and policies.
• Define company accounting infrastructure, ensure accuracy.
• Drive and deliver accurate financial reports.
• Liaise with Auditors on all auditing processes.
• Monitor credit control to maintain adequate cash flow.
• Plan accounting processes and give instructions accordingly.
• Manage local tax returns to optimize financial performance.
• Monitor regulatory financial requirements and submit returns on time.
• Drive the implementation of internal audit recommendations.
• Assume responsibility for strategic planning and budgeting.

Job description

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure functional control of the local finance teams through defining procedures, defining accounting policies, monitoring financial interactions with the team, auditing local teams
• Define the accounting infrastructure of the Company, monitor its accuracy, drive changes with IT
• Drive and deliver accurate financial reports
• Liaise with Auditors on all auditing processes
• Monitor credit control process in order to maintain an adequate cash flow
• Plan the accounting process and give instructions accordingly
• Manage local tax returns to optimize the company’s financial performance in line with regulatory authorities
• Monitor regulatory financial requirement and ensure submission of Regulatory returns within deadlines
• Drive implementation of internal audit recommendations approved by the management
• Assume responsibility for organization’s strategic planning & Budgeting process
