A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Head Butcher for its Hilton location in Makkah to prepare high-quality meats and fish, control costs, and train staff while ensuring food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate, have previous experience in a kitchen or butchery, and demonstrate strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Head Butcher, you are responsible for ensuring all meats and fish are prepared to the highest quality to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Head Butcher will also be required to train staff and control costs. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
