Job summary

A leading hospitality chain in Saudi Arabia is looking for a dynamic Host / Hostess to provide excellent service to guests. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates should have a hospitality diploma and some experience in the Food & Beverage Department. Strong English skills are required, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage Department within a hotel preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Multiple language ability is considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to guests.
• Welcome guests and ensure their needs are met.
• Take reservations and manage the reservation book.
• Set up the outlet before business hours.
• Coordinate with the service team for arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest well-being.
