RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to aid decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist in tax preparation, and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
  • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in financial operations.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is advantageous.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
