Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy custom/pre-trained AI/ML models, including Arabic-language NLP models, and recommendation systems
• Fine-tune pre-trained models to adapt them for Arabic and English datasets and related dialects
• Implement MLOps best practices for monitoring, versioning, and retraining models in production
• Build backend APIs and services using Python (e.g., Django) or other frameworks (Node.js, Laravel) to serve AI-driven features, and integrate them with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React)
• Design and manage data storage architectures optimized for AI workloads, including relational databases and specialized solutions
• Mentor and guide team members on AI/ML integration best practices, particularly for Arabic-language applications

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering, with strong AI based full stack development experience.
• Proven hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning, and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
• Expertise with SSTS/TTS (Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech) technologies and key Arabic NLP libraries
• Experience in backend frameworks (Laravel, Django, Node.js) and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and creating AI-ready datasets
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with direct experience building AI solutions for Arabic-language contexts
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions
