Our client is a leading large-scale diversified group in the field of Manufacturing & Trading of METALS (Metal Industry). As a key player in their sector, they are seeking a strategic and analytical FP&A Manager to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency from their office in Dammam, KSA.

Reporting Line

CFO. Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Industry: Metals Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, using scenario analysis to mitigate risks associated with LME fluctuations and scrap metal price volatility.
• Margin & Cost Optimization: Analyze the full recycling value chain to monitor metal recovery rates, energy consumption, and logistics, optimizing cost-per-ton metrics.
• Commercial Support: Develop dynamic pricing models and evaluate the profitability of spot market sales versus long‑term contracts.
• Capital Projects: Perform ROI and feasibility studies for plant expansions, equipment upgrades, and waste‑reduction technologies.
• Working Capital & Treasury: Manage cash flow by optimizing inventory turnover of scrap metal and securing trade finance or hedging solutions.
• Risk & Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls to prevent procurement leakages and ensure adherence to IFRS and sustainability reporting.
• Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to procurement and operations teams, translating complex financial data into actionable KPIs.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the Metal manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. A Master’s degree or certifications (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) are highly desirable.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is required.
• Availability: Ability to join within 30 to 60 days.
• Eligibility: Open to candidates applying from inside or outside Saudi Arabia.

Employment Terms

• Working Days: 5 days per week.
• Salary Package: SAR 30,000 to SAR 32,000 monthly (Total Package).
