Job description

As our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager , you are responsible for forecasting, analytics, reporting

You will own the full P&L for our largest business unit in Saudi Arabia, driving financial performance across Consumer Beauty and Prestige brands. This role partners closely with the Finance Director, General Manager, and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution on revenue targets, margin delivery, and investment efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus : Sales Responsibility

  • Monitor orders weekly with Sales & BU teams to ensure Net Revenue targets are met
  • Track and control overdue receivables regularly
  • Manage pricing governance ensuring margin integrity
  • Run detailed Gross-to-Net analytics and review monthly trade accruals
  • Oversee stock levels across channels and manage returns effectively
  • Review gross margin by segment to prevent dilution

Advertising & Commercial Responsibility

  • Control A&CP budgets to ensure spending commitments are met
  • Work with brand teams on ROI analytics for campaigns and investments
  • Review monthly A&CP performance with brand owners

Closing Responsibilities

  • Own trade spend accruals and A&CP accruals when required
  • Conduct gross margin and P&L closing reviews to ensure accuracy
  • Lead AR review and debit note coding
  • Provide commentary and reporting decks for management meetings

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities

  • Lead Outlook / Plan / Forecast cycles including SKU-level forecasts by BU
  • Support quarterly trade marketing and marketing reviews to align teams
  • Monitor ROI quarterly and drive improvement actions
  • Support distributor evaluation, consolidation, and RTM changes
