Qualification & Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent required withFoodSafetyLevel 4 Certificate.

Experience: 10+ years of Catering, Hotel, and Airport Restaurant chain experience in theFoodService industry.

Certification:

  • HACCP Level-3, ISO 22000 Internal Auditor, NEBOSH IGC.
  • Basic Nutrition,FoodAllergy & Intolerance training.
  • Certificate of Training in OSHA 30-Hour
