Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! We are seeking a Fire Sales Representative (Fire alarm and Fire suppression systems), for our Solution business who plans and executes sales targets and activities in selling Fire alarm and suppression system solutions. You will develop the fire partners and represent the complete portfolio with a focus on fire safety.

The Siemens environment is very dynamic, handling multiple opportunities across KSA. You will be responsible for sales of the assigned region and achieve the targets by closely collaborating with other business units within Siemens Smart Infrastructure. You join a dynamic and diverse team and can count on the support of the entire team.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the sales performance of your area for indicated product lines.
• Generate profitable sales and engage with clients in a consultative selling approach to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions in Fire Alarm Systems and provide fully integrated Smart Solutions.
• Develop and implement new and unique strategies for Siemens Fire Alarm Systems.
• Promote Siemens products and solutions to consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end-users across various industries.
• Collaborate with other teams to cross-sell solutions and strengthen the Siemens brand.
• Coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with the Back Office and supports functions to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
• Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and establish strong, meaningful connections with key stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to business development strategies.
• Identify and influence early-stage projects by connecting with consultants and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Establish relationships with key end-users in private, government, and semi-government sectors, along with major engineering design and consulting firms, to identify and influence projects from early stages
• Acts as a fire sales specialist
• Acquires / develops new customer accounts.
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from project identification and offer compilation to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with technical standards, managing financial risks, maintaining positive cash flow, and securing favorable terms in line with Siemens Business Guidelines.
• Provide expert technical / sales consultation on fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
• Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts using tools like Salesforce and other CRM applications.
• Work in cooperation with other BU’s and other departments leveraging on Cross-BU Selling and leveraging Siemens Overall Brand.
• Reporting to the Area sales manager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Buildings BU, Siemens Industries, KSA.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

• Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
• 5-7 years relevant experience in Sales, Solution Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Preferrable experience in Fire alarm systems for a manufacturer or channel partner.
• Understanding of promoting premium solution with value-selling against price driven market / competitors.
• Preferred to have experience in Siemens Fire safety products (Fire alarm and Fire suppression system) and / or with others leading fire systems products
• Strong know-how of Fire Alarm System products and solutions.
• Strong Saudi market knowledge of Contractors, Consultants and End-Users in Eastern Region.
• Dynamic, Energetic and Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Good understanding of Contract Terms and Conditions as per Saudi Law.
• Arabic & English Speaker.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Integrative team working style with a go-getter, self-driven Attitude
• Strong organizational and sales management skills.
• Domain-specific standards and regulations (Fire)
